Well Im having carrot tabouli with wholemeal pasta and sml serve of chicken. For dinner we are have wholemeal pasta mini meatloaves and vegies fruit for desert. Im following the healthy and filling method.

I had a veggie filled turkey with mushrooms, broccoli, and red peppers and a small, fresh fruit salad .
