A commercial for some foundation aired just before the movie Chronicles and Jason Alexander was in it with a full head of hair. You should of heard the weird noises in the theater of confused people. The thing is is actually doesn't look that bad.

Personally I think all she needs to do is tell the guy early on like by the second date or so. Unless it looks ridiculous I don't see it being an issue. The issue would arise were a guy to find out during a moment of passion.
