New rates for Health Care Plans out today The new rates for 2012 Federal Employee Health Care plans are published today.
The average rate FEHB plan premium will be going up 3.8%. Mine personally will be going down a bit.

Just rang cornmarket insurance ( www.healthinsurancesavings.ie ) a few minutes ago to get them to give my health insurance policy the once over. I have to say they were very helpful.

Basically, for every year you have the plan, you will pay 10k out a high deductible you have a lower premium...

Should contraception be excluded from health care plans? Pro: its cheap, its reduces unwanted hugely expensive aftermaths for those who use the option it's an option not a requirement.
Con: it offends some religions, it costs money when people use it....

HSA plans are relatively standardized, especially if the plan has 100% co don't necessarily "get what you pay for" with health insurance and the rates can vary wildly between depending on your health....
