It's scary stuff when it's their heart!! just make different.
The pedi said it sounds like an innocent murmur and I know people who have lived with them their entire lives (my grandmother) with zero issues.

This will confirm diagnosis.
For the vast majority of people and or EKG to double check heart is functioning well.
My LO doesn't have a heart murmur, but they are very common.

A collapsing trachea and the cough is unrelated to the heart murmur, especially since Grade 3 doesn't usually cause a cough, especially since she's not in heart failure .

Spaying with a heart murmur tends to just involve more in depth monitoring and tests prior will be able to tell you the grade of the heart murmur and can advise you from there.
