Who here does NOT heat style? I haven't in years, I don't even own any heat styling tools. My hairdresser blowdries it when I go for a trim and that's the only time my hair is heat styled.
My hair is really healthy as a result.

What can I do to keep my hair in the best condition with all the heat styling and damage I cause? I dye my hair, blow it out, spray it and use lots of product to make it look good. What can I do to keep it as healthy as possible?

It is HOW you use to style your hair or what styling tools that damage of glue to fix, reverse, prevent hair from getting damaged.

You can use a curling iron, but you need to let the hair stay in the curled position while it curls, so foam curlers and a hairdryer work better .
I normally use only a Hair Dryer and a Hair Straightener .

I could be wrong but since it's a cheap heat sensitive party wig the hairline of two wigs similar....
Or put some curlers in and wait for 6 months, it might with the fiber wrapped around curlers .
Face like that without using heat? You can't.
