Who here does NOT heat style? I haven't in years, I don't even own any heat styling tools. My hairdresser blowdries it when I go for a trim and that's the only time my hair is heat styled. My hair is really healthy as a result.

I use it on low heat , mostly to get.
I use a blow dryer, but not until my hair is almost air dry .
What can I do to keep my hair in the best condition with all the heat styling and damage I cause? I dye my hair, blow it out, spray it and use lots of product to make it look good. What can I do to keep it as healthy as possible?

You can use a curling iron, but you need to let the hair stay in the curled position while it curls, so foam curlers and a hairdryer work better .
I normally use only a Hair Dryer and a Hair Straightener .

Or put some curlers in and wait for 6 months, it might with the fiber wrapped around curlers .
