I need to get CNT catted DP heat wrapped since it may be melting the passenger side cv boot. Whats' the best heat wrap to get this done bearing in mind that the DP is already on the car ? How much do I need and where you guys buy it ? Thanks !

While you are at it consider a turbo blanket.
Works tremendously well.
The best heat wrap is no heat wrap I used DEI to do most of my DP it.
With and keeps heat inside of the wrap.

Bought some heat wrap from g at car parts and wonder when fitting it to my manifold do I soak it in water as in the past I've seen it done that way..?.

As far as keeping the fairings cool the DEI heat tape is enough.

The other bad thing about heat wrap is that over time it will actually "retemper Titanium wrap....
Coating Bad thing about heat wrap is it holds moisutre and dirt next to the pipe so it will have accelerated the rusting.
Im currently in the process of changing my tubos, ive got them off and fitting some steelies. now im also going to fit some 34 elbows. but while there off do you reckon i should heat wrap the A-Manifolds? B-elbows? i know it can cause cracking tho. on...

243 bhp, 210 ft/lbs of torque, 4 wheels to put it... .
Work out the circumference of the pipe, allow for a half overlap, measure the distance between the 2 points and it can be easily worked out mate .
That would depend on what diameter your exhaust is mate .
