As we all know an aluminum fram will weigh more that a carbon fram.
Is there any advantage to riding a heavier bike for training and using a lighter bike for actual events?
Anyone every experiment with this?

All that happens is that for the same power output, on a heavier bike you go slower (at least up hill.
Maybe a heavier, more durable.
I'm a firm believer in training like you are going to race .

Es&vxp=mtr A lot of the problem is simply physics: To make a heavier stator, you minutes , my 1100 and 1200 completely max out the charging system(10.7 amp for the bike and 15.2 to the battery). As the battery returns....

Is an electic bike too heavy to ride in "bike" mode? So, as stated in my previous post I am looking for a bike to go out with my little one in a trailer behind me, and I figured an ebike is like two bikes in one. However, I've been told that an ebike ...
