Difference between whipping cream and heavy whipping cream? I have used both in various things depending on what's at the store I don't see a difference and was wondering if the was one?

Actually, I think heavy whipping cream has more fat and is easier to make things like whip cream.

Ralph's only carries the whipping cream, too, carragreenan, polysorbate 80, gluten free.
Heavy cream is 36% butterfat, whipping cream is 32%.
