What is the difference between balloon helium and welding helium? Some sites say that their balloon helium is like 99.99 pure helium. I have a tank that says compressed helium but I can't find anything that says welding or balloon helium on the...

My friend got some helium balloons today. She brought two over to my office this morning. She opened the end on hers and inhaled some of the helium. When she started talking, she sounded just like Donald Duck! I tried it too and the same thing happened...

I think it says it will fill 30 balloons? I didn't do mylar balloons....
They're just small tanks pre-filled with helium.
We ended up buying a helium tank.
A grocery store here said they would do it for $1 a balloon.

I would hypothesize that, when I accelerated, the balloon would be forced towards the back....

There's a major problem with party balloons helium tanks.
When you purchase one, you have to return them to the seller isn't it ?

First of all, you buy not rent the party baloon kits, and even if you get a
real helium tank, you ballon things, the balloon time ones here in
the us, you can only buy, not rent, no clue if that holds.
