If it doesn't end up taking care of itself though, you'll have to get a fairly common procedure .
I ended up being on 750mg naproxens for a few weeks and it healed on its own .
I've dealt with this once before.

So I woke up this morning in a world of pain, been to the doctors who said I most likely have a slightly herniated disc in my neck. Anyone had anything similar or any ideas how long the pain/ restricted movement is going to take to p1ss off?

My brother was recently diagnosed with a herniated disc between T12 and L1 vertebrae even though he is only 23 years old. He is worried that this wont allow him to continue wake boarding. Any one in a similar position? any thoughts?
