So I went and bought some new, larger paper to take advantage of the fact that my scanner's active area is larger than a standard sheet of paper. Apparently it only is by like a tenth of an inch, and so now Sabretooth's hand is cut off. I woulda re-scanned...

Kinda easy:
Number the heroes from 1 to 3.
To put the color most likely to cause the heroes to lose - so the hero must choose between red or blue% is our bound.
