I'm on a cut, and I'm trying to stay fuller for longer... I need a meal (dinner) Which has high volume buy very low calorie count.

Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, brussell sprouts, alfalfa sprouts.
Some are even 'negative calorie' foods.
High in fiber and water, extremely filling, and generally very low calorie.

Oh, for finger foods we also steamed sweet potatoes, then sautéed in a pan with coco.
Olive oil can react to butter.
As a 'dairy' (since it is made mostly from fat) so adding that to his food could help too.
