Saw a few minutes today of Dr.Oz show and he was touting this Metamucill product for lowering cholesterol amoung other things for intestinal health. I never thought about this product...anyone use it? I thought stuff like this would cause horrible bloating...

I have read the paper work that comes with the meds and did not see anything about weight gain.
For 5 years I have maintained. Suddenly I have gained several pounds. I thought back as I don't see anything different in what I am eating...no I did not have...
