Is that low reps and sets, but heavy weight? low reps, lots of sets and heavy weight? Is it ok to be hitting each muscle 2 times a week with no days off and doing 12 sets per muscle while cutting?

Can someone point me to sample plans that follow a high intensity low volume approach? Looking for both HIM and IM. Your training logs from following such a plan would work too. I'm 2 months away from my first IM and my family has not been terribly happy...

There is endless debate about whether "lower volume high intensity" or "high volume lower intensity" is better.
