Is that low reps and sets, but heavy weight? low reps, lots of sets and heavy weight? Is it ok to be hitting each muscle 2 times a week with no days off and doing 12 sets per muscle while cutting?

How did they measure "effective(ness) in stimulating muscle proteins"? Who, and type 2b fibers .
What are they calling "heavy weight", "high reps", "low intensity", "failure"...
It's meaningless until they define terms.
