I've had arginine rich diets...I've had high lysine/low arginine diets...it was all the same I began looking into control methods I tried the whole cut back on arginine and take lysine.

I take as much lysine as necessary to equal it out.

See how high the arginine is.
I usually just find a list of the ratios for lysine/arginine..

Lysine is in a lot of protein rich foods.
Diet and don't notice any difference in insulin sensitivity when my meal is high in lysine vs low meal is high in lysine vs low in lysine.
