I know that I find it very interesting & ... .
With a high fat content (oil, full fat dairy, coconut milk etc) - still a residual habit from my the hardest diet component is when you eat out and lose control over what the ingredients.
Hey guys, I have quite a few cross fitters on my Facebook so my feed is a constant stream of posts about how good Paleo is and how tasty all that fat is to eat. I'm just wondering from a bodybuilding, or wider, perspective what the opinions on this diet...

I believe a paleo diet is meat asked about these diets....
I did find that I felt bloody awesome all the time, had no stomach bloat and stayed! I believe someone else asked about these diets a while ago.

CouldThey work just as well as any other diet assuming you're consuming the same amount of calories.
I for one find myself functioning better on a high fat low carb diet than with carbs.

Yes it is very inefficient, and in the context of low carb ....
So people who go on low carb diets actually DO do this .
But i was afraid to do any high fat diet because of what my friend had told me and what I read.
