Driving down the 5 here in Orange County CA the wrong direction I don't know if you would get 18! I was driving on a major highway late at night in the fast lane when something told me to move and happened so fast that I couldn't believe....

Got a chance to clear my MPG counter did not know how to do it before and on Highway after driving a few mnts I was getting 18.5 at 60 miles on a short drive.
What is the best MPG on Highway anyone else has gotten on the V8 LR3?

City driving isn't even worth mentioning The rack is hurting you more than anything else on the highway.
....I only get about 16-17 MPGs on the highway a good day.

So the Dutchess County Highway Dept has decided to make the switch from their VHF of the techs was saying that they had a large highway department trying it out, and I guess as buying a new radio every 18 months.....

My wife and I will be driving from Yellowknife to Fort Nelson, BC with a stop at Fort Simpson in July. I've read various descriptions about the Liard Highway and am wondering, what is it really like to drive? Can you make good time, or do the gravel sections...

There is a lot of wildlife on some sections of the highway, but the alternative of driving down through Alberta and up the Alaska Highway from Dawson Creek just isn't feasible.
From them and from photos I have seen.
