Hi guys been away for a while i got out of my routine and stopped everything but when i run in ok for a few days etc but then i start getting a pain in the side of my hip right on or in the joint not sure which any ideas what this is or do any of you ...

Even the hip I am with the absolutely worst arthritic ....
I believe the hip pain is caused because the shoulder pain keeps me from changing positions in bed.
I am not a medical person, but I do suffer from shoulder pain and hip pain.
