I'm currently determining my rewards for specific milestones that way I have an extra incentive. What is everyone's favorite reward for reaching a milestone?

My team (4 people) have just reached a major milestone in our development, putting us at about 2/3 finished, but I guess the stress has caught up to everyone and all the gears have ground to a near halt, progess is being made at 1/5 of the original speed...

I just ran 10 miles, took me about 2 hours because I went veryeasy. My longest run before was 8. This was always sort of a milestone I looked forward to...double digits. Took me a friggin year, but I did it folks! I feel like a million bucks now :)

Hi, earlier this week my service provider started pushing the OTA update for the milestone x, when it prompted me to download I downloaded and then hit install now, when the phone rebooted, it started to open the update package and then this appeared:...
