Just curious what other hobbies/obsessions do you have?
If I had the time and space, I would garden with lots and lots of tomatoes. I would also get into guns and such if I had the funds and again the time.

I have obsessive thoughts most of the time and find it difficult to control the ruminating unless I take herbal tranquilizers and serotonin enhancers.
Do you guys have any non-drug/herb tips on keeping the ruminating and obsessive thoughts at a minimum...
