I am a UK resident wishing to buy a house in Tucson, AZ as a holiday home. I have a 999 credit score but I am having problems getting finance in Tucson because I do not have a US social security number. Is there a way around this or should I get my finance...

They're picky about the credit and the appraisal, but still are lending money to assist you in locating ....
I am not sure on how big a down payment you would need on investment properties .
The lender will do an international credit check.
Has anyone on holiday encountered these people selling expensive accommodation and holidays at cheap prices if you sign up with them? Are they as good as they sound, or is it a bit of a scam?

A warning though do not take your cheque book or credit cards to any presentation.

That last summer on a villa holiday in a slightly different part of mainland Spain for 4 people 'Cava' tastes now.
Should I take euros or sterling to Italy on my holiday in June? not sure if the exchange rate is better in UK or Italy.

They look and work like credit cards, but you load credit cards at home and spend....
Also take a look at pre-loaded currency cards.

Are basicaly always pay with a credit card...seems to cover all eventualities.
On credit card, losing all the holiday time, (and losing the time we have booked off from work etc holiday solicitor...
