I'm going to make homemade salsa & can't imagine the best way to dice the tomatoes is by hand. I know you all will share your great tips! :)

You want to make sure the diced pieces are "scoopable" with a chip! I use my Ninja .
If i am making, and then slice cross wise to salsa size.
I prefer it to be a bit more smooth.
That i pulse because i dont like salsa in chunks....

Easy....
Onions, jalps, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro and salt. I just use the amt I like. Put all over open flames and char till black. Put in blender and blend all together. Serve!!! Yummo!

There is always marinara sauce....
Yum, then this summer I canned jam, jelly, salsa, pickles, and marinara sauce, so we have those all the time.
Breakfast burritos - scrambled egg, salsa and cheese.
Sauce and pesto are always in the freezer.

It is medium heat, not loaded with sugar or pesticides, and as good as homemade Newman's Own, or....
I love the Target organic cilantro salsa.
I like DHs aunts salsa best but i buy pace or tostitos.
I like hell on the red salsa.
