Shoppers drugmart flyer has Cheerios for 1.99 - I figured I would use my $1 multigrain coupon and get a good deal. But my local SD Vermillion location(Fermor) has them on sale for .99c = got several boxes free using my multigrain coupon and bought more...

I'm the same way too. I have to mix it up. I'm also not a morning person, but if I want to eat breakfast, I have to make myself get up and cook. I've never tried the sugar free coffee mate. That sounds really good.

Cheerios has a serving of Cheerios has only 23 carbs, instead of 47.
It's nearly ALL carbohydrate, and extremely dense, the actual "Glycemic Load" is huge .

What do you consider a healthy breakfast? I had honey nut cheerios with some blueberries on top this morning. I think that's healthy, but I wonder if I should eat more than that. I kind of suck at healthy eating.
