Where the menu icon appears is dictated within hate how the settings look, but the stock Honeycomb Settings (and dialog boxes, etc) are much less.
For some of these items doesn't rest with Honeycomb.
I apparently suck at search engines lol, I couldn't find much on differences of degrees from 10 to 40... If I want to reduce the most light would I get a 10 or 40 degree grid? Looking into one of these grids for my setup - Honeycomb Grids

And a 40 degree grid will restrict.
Degree grid will restrict the light beam to about 10 degrees of angle.

When I looked at this picture, I didn't read any comments as I wanted to see what caught my eye first (knowing it was a photo about distraction) .
Just my two cents.
In my humble opinion, I find the reflection on the glasses more distracting .
