I am up tonight with horrible back pain. It is 3:30 am and here I sit on my couch unable to sleep. I haven't had back pain at all during this pregnancy. I don't think I am in labor as I am not feeling any contractions. I don't know what gives though. ...

Anyone else having awful upper back pain? I have a desk job, so I'm sure if that's not helping matters, but it was so bad yesterday I had to leave work. I expected lower back pain, but not this.
