I want to ask if I can host a small blog hosting service using Worpress MU on a shared hosting server? What is the minimal requirement to launch such a service?

I own a domain, e.g., domain.com. Godaddy hosts on IIS.

use javascript (since it works even on html alone) on your index page....
I'm not sure if your hosting provider gives you IIS admin tools.

I took a look on Wordpress and Blogger, and both have terrible support to source code posting. The best one on that aspect is Wordpress, which have a 'code' tag that apparently only changes the font, eliminating any indentations in the code. I was wondering...
