Do you have mixing valve? Any cross connections? Is the hot water outlet pipe hot above the tank fire and then go off at....
hot water doesn't make it on demand Tried that last night after install and she still is a non.

Yes it is true that any new dwelling needs either solar hot water or a 2000L min bottled gas? Every recommendation I have ever heard for using bottled gas on hot water is "god on any water tank over....

As more hot water leaves and the top of the tank gets cooler, the top? It could be a burner or Tstat.
When you run some hot water out, the bottom thermostat should kick on, heating the bottom of the tank.

Sounds like the guy connected the cold supply pipe to the hot side of the heater.

Sounds like a mixing valve for the shower but not for the faucet? just don't make no sense at all to me either make and picture would help... .
