Guys, just need clarification as I'm at the stage of choosing my Builder for contruction of 3 Units.
From memory is it correct that in VIC it's compulsory for all new construction to have one of either Solar Hot Water OR Rain Water Tanks is this correct...

As more hot water leaves and the top of the tank gets cooler, the top? It could be a burner or Tstat.
When you run some hot water out, the bottom thermostat should kick on, heating the bottom of the tank.

In my rental house my tenants said that they can get hot water out of the tub faucet but when they move the water to the shower setting the water turns cold. What could be worng that the hot water shuts off when moved to the shower head?

Got a Valliant boiler (ecotec 630) connected to a megaflo installed about 2 years old.
