The most you can get percentage -- the rate that you will be paid will be based on what they can find similarly-skilled people to work for, and the rate they charge....

I found a really nice calculator in the Freelance Switch blog,
it is a calculator where you input your business costs, personal costs, working time and it tells you how much should you charge for your hourly based projects...
