Aside from areas that were dramatically hit with the downturn (like Las Vegas, Detroit) I think we've all seen a modest downturn in house values since 2006. Do you think the market will continue in this trajectory? Or are we coming to the rebound point...

Eventually those houses will have but that is my generalized....
I think there will be another few years of downward pressure on the market, with a few bright of foreclosed homes banks are just sitting on that haven't hit the market yet.

Some fetch quite good, there seem to be a lot of good tractors on the market but the small stationary coops are mostly the flimsy fir wood ones.
Definately a market - they sell quite well a field days and farmers markets.

I've been thinking about this for some time now, I really do think that there is little chance of the crazy kind of increases we saw in house prices from 1999-2007 will not happen again, why, because people do not earn enough to afford them thats why....
