Today's run was not enjoyable due to the high humidity (99%). I live in southern Louisiana, so you would think that I would be used to the high humidity but obviously I'm not. Breathing is very difficult and all I could think of was 'when will I be finished...

1) avoid the humidity or 2) keep....
An asthmatic and humidity is one of my triggers.
So, you suck it up or run inside.

Humidity roll call We had a mild winter until last week. Got our first snow yesterday. Heater's been on all the time. Humidity in the house dropped down to 34%. I finally fired up the guitar room humidifier.
