Has anyone else gotten acne that they attribute to their Humira? Prior to starting Humira, I would maybe get one pimple every few months. Now that I'm on it, I get acne all of the time. It can't be a coincidence as nothing else I can think of has changed...

Along with cough,fever, and tiredness.
Have you the humira hotline and the nurse told me that it was a side effect from it.
That said, Humira can cause rashes/etc.
Coincidence does not necessarily mean causation.

What blood tests and how often are standard or suggested on Humira ? I just switched from 6mp and used to check CBC, iron, b12 and ESR.

Hb
Hct
Red Phosphatase
Serium ALT/SGP
CRP
ESR Are those necessary for all on Humira or just for you? On 6mp I did special to me.
I have blood tests every 6-8 weeks since I have been on Humira.

Just been contacted by my consultant to say he has put into the PCT for funding for Humira for me. I will have to have a look on the Humira section and see how long it takes for it to work on average.

I had a colonoscopy on Friday the 13th (too funny!) and my colon looked perfectly clear of any disease. The doctor said I am in remission...it is still hard to believe. Humira did it in 8 weeks....let's just hope it lasts a good, long time now!!!

Humira took about 9mths for me but the difference is remarkable.
Let's hope it keeps working for a long time to come .
It's working for you! I'm really improving too after just 6 weeks on Humira.
