How would an Objectivist government(at the federal, state, and local level) have dealt with the massive rescue and subsequent funding of the pumping/rebuilding/etc. ?
FEMA estimates the damage to exceed $25B.

I cannot remember ever feeling so heart-broken about the havoc caused by a natural disaster, even the tsunami. I guess that's because these people are all Americans and I can relate to them more. The situation down there...
