Bad hypo symptoms at 4.6 Have checked twice and BG is between 4.3 to 4.6 yet I'm really hypo trembly. Have had Lucozade and a biscuit:(. Not sure if it is because I'm generally lacking in energy

I agree with Monkey, a fast-falling hypo can give me pronounced symptoms at non-hypo levels.

Actually I did get new symptoms and some of them worsened over time, but no symptom remained the same regardless of my thyroid state, hyper or hypo.
Or hypo.
Might seem like an obvious answer but how do I know if my symptoms are thyroid related ( too hypo) or pregnancy related before I am due to have blood drawn? Since yesterday My fatigue is back, major bloating and tmi bt constipation and yesterday cramps...

It usually takes about 4 weeks to show on your labs but if... .
Your increase was a large one and it very well could make you hypo fast.
Symptoms are deceiving...labs dont lie.
Changes...even the smallest can cause cross over symptoms.
