Bad hypo symptoms at 4.6
Have checked twice and BG is between 4.3 to 4.6 yet I'm really hypo trembly. Have had Lucozade and a biscuit:(. Not sure if it is because I'm generally lacking in energy

Actually I did get new symptoms and some of them worsened over time, but no symptom remained the same regardless of my thyroid state, hyper or hypo.

Might seem like an obvious answer but how do I know if my symptoms are thyroid related ( too hypo) or pregnancy related before I am due to have blood drawn?

Yes, your symptoms could be caused by your thyroid.
Unfortunately, blood tests done in 2010 are totally irrelevant now; even last year's blood tests are too old to be very useful.

I have hypothyroid (low T3 and T4) and my TSH is at the lowish end of normal.
This is the typical profile of hypothyroid people with Lyme disease, which I have. I don't know if any other diseases that can give you this profile, but what I can tell you...

Your increase was a large one and it very well could make you hypo fast.
Symptoms are deceiving...labs dont lie.
Changes...even the smallest can cause cross over symptoms.
