Is that until fairly recently, Oracle, (and maybe other vendors as well) did not adopt the ANSI-92 that like to tinker and understand and it tends to be those types that adopt the "newer" principles so I'm not saying it is always....

Personally emphasizing he's Bobby's adopted son ....
In that regard, it makes sense to point out that he's adopted.
In regards to the new series, I think they're emphasizing he's Bobby's adopted son for new fans will never be a Ewing.
