I don't think there is an open source for Chinese source japanese OCR.
One of the ways is to contact them and get help .
There are some commercial products.
Chinese has far more characters than Latin languages.

I often use simple Chinese phrases like "你好" to test that my code can handle non-ascii characters. Whenever I enter Chinese characters directly into Emacs, they just come out as question marks.
