As mentioned in another thread, here are a couple of letters sent to me by Citi and Cabot be of interest , no CAA from citi and outstanding PPI claim, so stopped paying last year.

Hi, to cut a long story short i had a credit card with HSBC got into financial difficulties and couldn't repay the min payments, HSBC then made me come in to the branch to take out a loan to pay off the credit card!! still couldn't pay the monthly repayment...

That from January 2011 - now
Pay £1pm to both Yorkshire Bank and Cabot - even though Cabot now own the debt as the payment plan was with the bank!
Cabot now own the debt as of 12th October 2011 - less than 3 months agreement I had....

I CCA'd Cabot last year on these accounts which both....
Their solicitors are claiming cabot were assigned the debts in June 2007 and November 2007 and basically i havent paid them so they are now pursuing me for the monies owed.
