When Favor's is in he doesn't allow is because the matchups dont Favor Favors....

Depends on whether you are doing epics....
So having the best dc isn't as important as playing a wiz .
Still dp doesn't have a save and bb/destruction still do damage on a save .
A Wis FvS will do ok in epics but in my experience getting your dc up is a grind .

I would like to customize my router's settings so that one computer in my home network is favored bandwidth-wise. There are 4 computers. Is this possible? My router is a Belkin, that I can easily access both physically and electronically.

I am not sure that there are any commercially priced routers that support out right... .
What you are looking for is not standard QoS (Quality of Service) , but traffic shaping .
I am not sure that Belkin routers support this (well, not the ones I have seen) .

My achievements screen says otherwise - about 850k favor.

But hey, when I was a kid if I wrote favor on a spelling test....
Apparently the achievement doesn't calculate additional favor earned due to bonus consumables (ie it other than to keep consistency with the other favor earned tracker.

I don't know java app servers, but given the climate of financial markets, and that it would probably take lots of money to maintain two such app servers... .
As you say, it would be unusual for them to maintain two products within the same architectural space .
