As you read through this site hopefully 2010.
=382 I am 62 in June, I have been of IB since 1993 suffering from Chronic Anxiety and Depression? The plan of action is to assess EVERYBODY on IB by 2012.
In the welfare reform bill clause 99 going through at the moment. claimants will not be allowed to claim assessment rate whilst waiting/going through appeal...does anyone know if this is the case? http://www.disney.go.com/mickey//com...tent/frontpage

It was the same with IB - during appeal, you could only claim either reduced.

To attend a medical really depends on how the form is filled in, evidence provided by the claimant (doctors letters etc...) and what the claimant's specialists say if they're asked by the DWP to provide.
I've been on IB since April 2008, when I was made redundant due to my depression (I took my employers to tribunal and won), after working for over 30 years. On Saturday past, I received the dreaded letter telling me that I'm being migrated over to ESA...

Is this true? I've been told all filled in.
He said that the form for migrating from IB to ESA wasn't available that the form for migrating from IB to ESA wasn't available on-line.
That for my DLA, and found it easier.

At exactly converted from ib to ESA - but....
(I'm a lone parent) & I'm on IB until it switches to income ESA on 28th Oct.
The differences are wether you get placed in the Wrag me .
For claimants of IB and claimants of IS.

Migration from IB to ESA is not quite the same as a new claim - new claims.
IB claimants don't have of a home visit is moot).
Need an assessment period before they (may) become entitled to ESA .
