Of course normal Gmail and Google Apps has neither.
I'm not aware of delivery receipts.
As I understand it, Google Apps for Business has read receipts if enabled for the domain.

We have a user in our office who recently reported that Outlook 2007 is having trouble displaying newly arrived messages. If he changes to another folder and then comes back to the inbox, the messages show up immediately.

You can find the checkbox for that on the Account Settings/Microsoft Exchange Settings page in the Outlook config .
I've seen similar problems in the past arise from the use of the "Used Cached Exchange Mode" setting .

So when I pay a specific bill I put it with whatever it pertains to .
BMX, MRI, chemo, Rx, etc.
I have my binder tabbed by category, i.e.
I put mine with the associated procedure in my binder .

I stuck with OPOS and gave up on my logo because OPOS is just so
much easier to set... .
The only way is to use windows
drivers.
Are using OPOS drivers for your receipt printer you will not be able
to get the logo to print on your receipt.

You obviously were flagged trade-ins for any reason, but banning people without notice who follow the policies of the program there is no company that takes game trade ....
They do clearly state that they can deny trade ins for any reason.
