I could be wrong but it seems after 9/11, the IRA (or what was left of it) began keeping on their back.
Im not agreeing with the tactics used by the ira in the past, but it must suck having more.

Why is it the IRA bombings went off fairly often and yet the government didn't really do anything in the way of improving security.
Now we have over sea's terrorists the country is clamping down security and passing laws to prevent them.
