Can anyone tell me when you receive your completion certificate can your iva company come to you for overtime payments that they did not ask for whilst iva was running? Or is it now you have your certificate they can't get anymore monies from you?

The terms of the IVA and they are ceasing to be your supervisor from the date of the certificate they haven't collected Julie - it up the individual (not the IVA company) to declare the overtime completetion certificate you still bound ....

I'm unsure exactly how the equity release section of the IVA works. I fully understand that they will want me to remortgage upto 85% but my situation won't allow this (I think) for two reasons.
1) we borrowed 95% LTV. We are still at the rate now and ...

IVA accepted as proposed - 18p release happens in the 4th year of your IVA and a lot of proposals state that if you can't release 85% LTV an extra amount will be payable....
The extra payments - amy seem far more secure and worthwhile.

Hi Andrew if you're in an IVA you wouldn't be allowed credit (I doubt) as it would be against the terms of the IVA.
