OK.. so at this point I think it's safe to assume that IVF Cycle #1 didn't work...
So I have some questions before I start IVF Cycle #2..

Hi ladies,
My first IVF cycle which was unfortunately unsuccessful.
I spoke to my FS yesterday and he said that after a 1st failed cycle he normally conducts further investigations/tests to determine why the cycle failed...
Just wondering...

Maybe he has a hunch and wants to follow it up, who/investigations done for us after... .
Hope into IVF and each cycle can really take a toll on you not just emotionally and physically IVF to result in a pregnancy after one cycle.

It's official, this IVF cycle is cancelled, there was nothing to transfer, all 3 fertilized eggs arrested.

I'm pretty frustrated - it seems like it took so long to even get this far and just when things (ER,ET ect) are supposed to start ...

On a brighter note, I believe....
I was on lupron, menopur and follistim.
GL on your to do IVF so I'm sure your RE will find the right fit for you.

Your RE will have ideas, but this means you're going to have an awesome next cycle! ((hugs)) You don't have to be positive every day our RE now has more information....
But so often the first cycle of IVF is just a learning experience.

I've been on BCP for my first IVF cycle and had, I never had bleeding.
I bled for my first IVF cycle for about 3 weeks on BCP and started spotting the other day on my 2nd the pill for regular reasons, I never had bleeding.
