Personally, I have nothing against the IAM (although the Top Gear IAM driving actions made the little boy in me laugh a lot) but they do seem shoot themselves in the foot quite frequently.

I've toy'd with the idea of signing up for an AIM course. The cost is, I believe £139.00. plus you have to pay for the examiner/observer. For me the only benefit will be a reduced insurance premium, as I have enjoyed riding bikes since I passed my test...

So far, after only two sessions, my riding HAS improved but quite apart.
Either IAM of RoSPA it to be excellent value for money.
£50 for the test and is graded Bronze, Silver, Gold and retested every 3 years .
