The money now owed is to a BALIFF ,littlewoods will have sold the debt /problem on to them ,so id contact them ASAP and sort it out ,they can be reasonable but tread CAREFULLY tell them to provide proof! They can't take money without taking you to court... .

ID theft is a criminal, not civil matter.
If someone commits ID theft against you, you don't sue them, you go to the police and file ID theft charges against them.
