Just fell victim to identity theft.. Someone charged $397.50 at the Walmart off i45 @ 610 yesterday on my debit card.
I've contacted my bank, and they have canceled my card. I should be refunded within 5-7 business days. They think most likely someone...

Using stolen credit cards is not identity theft....
Using a stolen credit card or unattended eBay account is not identity theft.
They fraudulently used that account, but that is not the same thing as identity theft.

My wife keeps getting letters from debt collection agencies looking for someone with her name but with addresses that we have never lived at.
The dilemma I have is that I recognise those addresses as being places where her evil little sister has lived...
