Talking/Writing about illegal activity If I'm going to publish say, a book about psychoactives, can I be prosecuted for talking about using altogether illegal drugs or prescription drugs that were definitely not prescribed to me?

Lets start off with I reported this site back in 2010 to securedservers.com abuse team i'am really in shock after 3 years to see this site still standing / not removed from securedservers network.

You are doing something illegal in the first place - impersonating site in the US that has any ....
Hosting any illegal material, and so far, it is still somewhat legal to link to copyrighed are not the copyright holder for the materials.

It's mainly Macintosh that is pushing this though- they claim that jailbreaking is illegal conditions of their factories would be considered illegal in every country that they sell.

Hopefully this hasn't been posted yet. A drone pilot, the article doesn't say what type of aircraft, busted a meat packing plant dumping raw blood into the local stream. Pretty disgusting!
