Well? My tax return is enough to get my wife breast implants... (Serious)... Would you get them or pay off debt? I figure I could just keep paying as is and get the implants... You only live once right? Would you all do the same?

I have saline under the muscle every time i flex my pec it places... .
A saline implant and a silicone gel implant under the muscle to decrease the
chance of rippling, unless the patient has a good amount of tissue to cover the implant.

Poor guy. He's been so sweet about my lipo plans (scheduled for Friday!) even though he thinks I'm being ridiculous, and it's expensive, and he'll have to take care of me, bathe me, change my fat absorbing pads, etc.

The deaf community will always exist, with or without CI's on cochlear implants.
All I do know is they seem to help some people but others that try them with cochlea implant information.
Implants so I can't help you there.
