Right now desktop alerts only comes if mail comes in inbox only . i need desktop alerts for every folder on incoming mail

How do incoming emails arrive in different folders it to the specified folder....
Under When new items arrive in my Inbox, select the Display a New Mail Desktop Alert (default Inbox only) check box.

Note that procmail and other as individual files and folders are represented as directories, then moving an email to the spam folder would a message....
If not, deliver to Inbox.
If above some threshold, deliver to Spam folder.

I had a Russian outlook 2007 , I've uninstalled it and installed English 2010, but the name of the folders are still in Russian, anybody knows hot fix that ?

But....
Unless you took action to move it to "INBOX" it should remain there.
Then it will once again be in your Sent folder.
The only way to get anything into your Sent folder, is to actually "send" it to someone----if only to yourself.

What you can do for the spam filter is have the subject start... .
However, it can be avoided by setting up a filter in Gmail .
There is no guarantee that an e-mail will never get to spam, since it is Gmail's spam filter, not the specific form mailing method .

Edit: If you don't want a rule/can't make a rule that fits, you can create a Macro (Tools -> Macro) to move it to a folder = objNS.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderInbox....
To be deleted/marked as read/moved to a folder/any combination of those.

On my new laptop, they automatically move....
On my other one, items stay in the Inbox until I delete them.
There is no such thing as "POP folder," so laptops for the same hotmail account.
In fact, I suspect you did set things up differently .

You can have email restored that was deleted within the past 24 hours .
It sometimes takes a few seconds for the chat icon to appear .
There is live chat.
There is no free phone support.
