Right now desktop alerts only comes if mail comes in inbox only . i need desktop alerts for every folder on incoming mail

How do incoming emails arrive in different folders, that is the option to not dismiss... .
Under When new items arrive in my Inbox, select the Display a New Mail Desktop Alert (default Inbox only) check box.
Advanced E-mail Options.

My Outlook data file (.ost) increase automaticallly it uses 49GB disk spase. after that it crashes or become unresponding. after deleting file and reopen outlook it connects server and download mails. after two or three dayes data file increase...

I check inbox folder sizes and all are same size that situated on exchange.
Also, have that same problem have other three users too .
A lot space -Inbox, Sent items, etc.?
You may move large files to your Archive folder.
