So probably they don't have an option but to comply at best .
I suspect with a populationIndia is seen as very strong consumer market .
But it does look like the closest is in Malaysia .

So if your customers are in India means surely they can access your hosting service.
Hosting services need not be based on India because internet is viewed all over the world.

Can you look at their plans? Is their pricing ok? I need a host in India, they seem to be ok, not sure though if their dc is in India?
