I've heard so much about sex being one of the most effective ways to induce labor, so I have to ask. For those of you who have tried, did it work for you? And if not, what did?

Ok... Im almost 38 weeks i went into labor 4 times the doctors had me on meds up until last week.. I am not feeling like im going to go any moment like i was before. Any suggestions on how to speed this process UP!!

I've been reading up on natural ways to induce labor (in case I go overdue, please spare me lectures) and I've heard good things about black cohosh drops or teas. Anyone ever tried this or heard anything about it? I'm going to ask my MW about it later...

:) It is very dangerous to take anything to "induce labor" that isn't prescribed.
Black cohosh alone won't induce labor, but if you mix it with Blue cohosh it MIGHT put you much longer.

Me -29 Dh - 30 DD(10 1/2) DS (2 1/2 recommend this for anyone who would rather their bag of waters stay intact until well into labor going into labor.
